"Excellent service - prompt delivery of car on arrival and friendly staff, who were very helpful when we mistakenly drove to the wrong level in the carpark at Heathrow Terminal 2 (be sure to follow the signs to Level 4 carefully, as you can't get there from levels 1,2,3). Good value for money. Would definitely recommend."
