"We had to wait for over an hour for our car on return. We contacted you a couple of days before to explain we would be returning early and we were assured this would not be a problem. However this was clearly not actioned as you were clearly not expecting us. Also we noticed damage to and scratches on the rear passenger side panel which were not there when we left the car with you. "
