"Reservation process together with drop off and collection service were good. What was not good was the state of the inside of our car on collection. All four seating areas had been used by your staff and all the floor carpets were filhy with the residue from muddy shoes/boots. Absolutely no care had been taken,by putting down paper or pl plastic sheets to protect our car. This is completely unacceptable. I have had this happen once before,but only in the driver and passenger footwells. I understand you reserve the right for staff to move the car and that it may be necessary also to transport a staff member. Quite why 4 members of staff were travelling on one or more occasions in my car from one muddy area to another is a different scale of usage. Please investigate what was done with my car and report back. Also, please put in place a policy, as garages do, that paper or plastic sheets are always inserted before each driver uses a car,including rear seat footwells."
