"Contact mobile was answered fairly quickly 20 minutes before my arrival on 4th March 2018. Staff member was polite and efficient on my arrival to the ground floor reception area of car park 5 & the location was simply a lift to departures at the north terminal. The same was true of my return on 10th March 2018 I waited roughly 10 minutes for my car to be delivered. Overall I was very pleased with the service."
