"Have used meet and greet companies in the past from various airports and there is normally an issue with waiting however ‘simply park and fly’ were excellent. The directions were so easy to follow, attendant there waiting for us and on our return again so simple. As soon as we walked into the car park he was driving up in our car. "Phone system works well. Answered promptly and clear instructions. Car was driven rather quickly and carelessly pakred which was concerning so I did check for any damage before I signed the form. Staff were efficient but could be friendlier. The carpark arrows take you to a dead end and you have to drive the wrong way to get out- opposite ways to the arrows. Loved the fact it is so near the terminal- made it so easy to go to departures and collect on our homeword journey."
