"Great service.. Thr only thing was when I collected my car at Gatwick North Treminal the operater who brought my car said I needed to use a ticket which he gave me to leave the car park otherwise I would get a ticket/be charged... When I got to the barrier it just lifted automatically.. I was then unsure if I had done everything correctly and hopefully not get a ticket/fine.. I rang the main office and they said it was fine.. It was just all a bit stressful leaving and not knowing..."
