The telephone number of Simply Smart Parking will be provided via Booking Confirmation Email.
There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE THE VEHICLE, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER
Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound, which is 5-6miles aways from the Airport. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.
Access Fee:
All customers will be required to pay an access fee of £7.00 with an initial booking cost (while making the booking). This is so our representative can pay the Gatwick Airport charge of £3.50 on your arrival and return day. This is as a direct result of changes here at Gatwick Airport and is a cost we cannot cover for our customers. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

"Would have been helpful if we had been told that there are different coloured parking zones on our paperwork as we went to 4 th floor in wrong zone waiting for the man to pick up car. When I rang he was quite short with me and said you should be in the orange zone and we didn't even know there were different coloured zones. On return we rang when we got our cases but had a fairly long wait prob 30 mins. So improvements could be made. "
