Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound, which is 5-6miles aways from the Airport. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.
Access Fee:
All customers will be required to pay an access fee of £10.00 with an initial booking cost (while making the booking). This is so our representative can pay the Gatwick Airport charge of £5 on your arrival and return day. This is as a direct result of changes here at Gatwick Airport and is a cost we cannot cover for our customers. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

"I originally booked parking with you from May 21, at 12pm with pick up on May 28 at 5pm. Four days before departure my flight time was changed, meaning I had to amend my parking arrival to May 20 at 10pm. For this I was charged an extra £29 which I felt was extortionate, but had little choice. Our return flight was delayed by an hour; but, as instructed, I called your mobile number after retrieving our baggage, was in the process of giving my car details, when your operative appeared to be entering into an argument with someone and the phone went dead. The number was then unobtainable for 15 minutes. We made our way to level 4 on Orange car park and had to ask your people no less than FOUR times where our car was. We had to wait about 45 minutes before setting off. This was most unsatisfactory as no-one seemed to know what was happening. Several other people appeared displeased as well. I will NOT be using your company again as a result."
