"Gul was very helpful on arrival. Found the information given by the operator on the phone a bit confusing as he seemed to indicate that an exit fee would be payable but it wasn’t clear why - flight was 2 hours delayed. But in fact there wasn’t a fee - which has never been charged before and I am a regular customer. "
