"Just to say I called 20 mins before arriving and was pleased with the response on answering my call We had been before and found car par and attendant quickly Our rerun was all ok again, apart from your card saying go to top floor , I then had to call again and was told it was the 4th floor . But no problem Regards Ian Pothecary "
