"The representative was waiting for us at the appointed spot at our time of 4am. It was a quick and easy transfer of the keys/car. On our return they did get to us just at the “up to 20 mins” timeframe. It would have been perfect if it had taken less time to return the car as it was 11:45pm when we left the airport parking, but they did work within the timeframe they had advertised. Polite on the phone and in person. We will definitely use them again."
