"Very good service, quick and efficient. Didn't have to wait long either way which is one of the problems we had with other companies. One complaint : when telephoning when we picked up our luggage after hour delay we were told by a very rude man that we had to pay an extra £15 as we had gone over our time. We understand there are charges involved but he so so rude on the phone , kept telling us that we must bring cash , which we did have but at 2am in the morning this wasn't exceptable, it not hard to be polite.
