"On the 2.9.19. I missed the Gatwick exit due to extensive road works. I rang Simplyparkandfly, l was very upset and the man on the telephone was amazing. He told me to keep calm, drive carefully and they would be waiting when l eventually arrived at Gatwick. He was very reassuring when l was panicking and upset."
