"Your dates incorrect. Dropped off 19.02.16 @ 05.15 and collected 23.02.16 @ approx 00.15. Good service from staff. Only draw back was that I couldn't get reception for phone at baggage collection in Gatwick and had to wait to exit building to contact to let you know we were back, so had a few minutes wait for car to be dropped off, which of course has nothing to do with service provided by your company."
