"I CALLED ONCE COLLECTING ALL LUGGAGE HOWEVER I HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES TO PICK UP CAR. NOT TOO LONG HOWEVER CAR SMELT OF BURNING RUBBER WHICH MEANT IT WASNT DRIVEN SAFELY FROM CAR PARK TO PICK UP POINT. YOU MUST TELL YOUR STAFF TO RESPECT THE VALUE OF THE CARS THEY DRIVE"
