"Good and timely service both inbound and outbound. Please do instruct your staff not to adjust the radio or seat settings ( in otherwords not to touch the seat set buttons). Of course they can adjust the seats.It is a nuisance having to reprogram the seat setting and search for radio settings when these have been erased. "

"Great service nice friendly staff. My only criticism is that the sheer amount of instruction provided on the email, is like reading a very long essay! As a result, I missed out on calling them 20 mins before arrival; I thought you only do that on your return.. I was wrong, but what are the logistics of being on the motorway and talking on your phone whilst driving or even pulling off on to hard shoulder if it’s not an emergency?… Ah well, apart from that it’s a great service."

"I’ve always used Simply Park and Fly. Always excellent service and never had a problem. On this occasion though I question the price of about £120 for the duration from Thursday morning to Sunday evening. Why suddenly so expensive?"
