"Hi, booking process was pretty smooth, took a few minutes to locate the driver when dropping off the car at car park 5. I do prefer this method of parking by collection at airport rather than the off-airport park and ride used previously and also time saving. Unfortunately, our return flight was cancelled and took an extra day to get back to UK and pick up the car, but Simply Park did accommodate this very well, so I appreciated this."

"Service was excellent - exactly what was promised. We phoned from 20 mins away, followed directions to short stay car park, were met by operator and within minutes were off to departures. Equally slick on return. We opted for this service to make it easy for my 84 year old mother in law to get to the terminal etc but it worked brilliantly for all of us and , with promo code, was similar price to Long Stay car park!! Will definitely be using it again, thank you."

"Booking on line was straightforward. On arrival, we had about a 20 minute wait for the car to be collected. We had phoned around 20 minutes before we arrived. On return (to North Terminal when we expected South!) staff were very helpful and the car was awaiting us when we got to the pick up point. Overall the service was fine."

"It was a good experience. Unfortunately there was a mix-up, even though I booked up as North terminal there was a delay when I took the car. Similar thing happened when we returned. I would use it again."

"Drop off was great once we properly followed instructions to go to the short stay carpark. (We did 2 circuits of the drop off in error. Your driver told us we would have to pay for that and directed us to the website - thank goodness- or we would have incurred fines too!) Our return was delayed an hour and we didn't get to pick up till nearly 1am. Driver, who was waiting for us already, told us we'd have to pay extra £15. Cannot blame the company for that really and was expecting to have to pay something. Great not to have to get on a bus and go get the car. Great convenience. Thank you. "
