"initially i was met by a very pleasant man who was helpful and considerate to my needs. we were delayed on the return journey by 50 mins. I was only informed I had 10 mins to load my car and get out of the car park. else I would've been subject to further charges. I find this disgraceful considering i was asked my return flight number and I only ring "once I have collected my bags""
