"First time we had been to Gatwick South. It took us 30 minutes to get into the car park. This was nothing to do with the parking company, just four long lanes of traffic filtering into one lane. Drop off was easy & on our return only 5 minutes wait for our car. Staff could have been a bit more friendly, but otherwise we were very satisfied."
