"Your staff where insisting that I was in the wrong terminal despite my confirmation email being shown, the gentleman on the end of the phone when trying to resolve this issue was extremely rude and disrespectful, the mistake was clearly theirs but no effort of an apology was offered , very poor experience never to be repeated."
