"Pretty easy process... I think the cars should be waiting for you at time of arrival, as I had to wait for mine. But as you know flights have landed and there was a sticker saying 12 noon, but it was after 12.30 I have used other companies and my car has been waiting for me. Other than that its all good. Thanks "
