"Drop off was great once we properly followed instructions to go to the short stay carpark. (We did 2 circuits of the drop off in error. Your driver told us we would have to pay for that and directed us to the website - thank goodness- or we would have incurred fines too!) Our return was delayed an hour and we didn't get to pick up till nearly 1am. Driver, who was waiting for us already, told us we'd have to pay extra £15. Cannot blame the company for that really and was expecting to have to pay something. Great not to have to get on a bus and go get the car. Great convenience. Thank you. "
