"From my first tele-contact (via internet ad) with the sales staff to collecting my car, the staff were extremely informative and helpful and about the whole experience and process including arrival, payment, confirmation information (by email) with associated details such as directions, drop-off point, contact tele-numbers .... basically everything I wanted to know and a credit to the ‘services industry’.
