Reviews - Simply Park Value - Gatwick Airport

"Booking was straight forward and the directions to the car park was quite easy. I do think the airport parking itself needs to be a little more clearer but that is nothing to do with Simply Park. The staff were prompt, friendly and it was a quick process. The receipt states that it is important to retain this and present it to the driver, however saying that they didn't ask for the reference number on our return. Upon return, one phone call after luggage pick up and with the directions stated on the receipt we were able to find our pick up point. A few minutes wait and the driver returned with our vehicle with no problems. He even guided us out of the carpark. Loved the service and the staff were extremely helpful and patient even with any queries we had upon arrival and departure. "
