"Pleasant ,and efficient in their job , the staff arrived promptly and although the airline took 45 mins to get us off the plane due to lack of disabled staff , the driver was still pleasant although obviously tired by then They made a late charge of £15.00 which was understandable but I wish that it had been made clear on booking as this was not due to anything we did it was out of our control,and I would have made the airport aware of this before departing if I had known "
