Why Use LG Meet and Greet?

  • Our chauffeur will meet you at the terminal building at the designated area to collect your car. 
  • He will then photograph your car and drive it to our parking compound nearby. 
  • When you return from your trip our chauffeur returns your car to you at the terminal.
  • Simply drive to the terminal and we will collect your car, allowing you to reach check-in within minutes. 
  • On your return, your car is only a phone call away and will be delivered back to the terminal for your convenience.

Height Restrictions: 

  • The height of the vehicle must be less than 1.8m in order to enter into the Short Stay Car park.  
  • There is a Lay-By outside the main entrance of the short stay car park building for all those vehicles with the height more than 1.8m. 
  • Please mention to the driver when you call him before arriving at the airport, you need to drive to the Lay-By area and driver will take the vehicle from there.

Vehicle Restrictions: 

  • Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). 
  • Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Simply Park prior to the drop off date. 
  • Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. 
  • Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Services:

  • The telephone number of LG Parking Gatwick will be provided via Booking Confirmation Email. 
  • There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.
     
  • PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE THE VEHICLE, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER

On Arrival

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.

  • No shuttle bus is required!! Because we will meet you at the terminal. Please call at the driver twenty minutes before you arrive at the terminal. LG Parking staff will easily be recognized with branded Orange Jackets.

    NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibility of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

 

NORTH TERMINAL:

 

  • When entering the North Terminal stay in the left lane, following the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right after the barriers).
  • On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket, you will proceed to the ground floor of CAR PARK 5 and follow the signs for “Approved Operators”.
  • Please make yourself known to the Parking Staff in Orange High viz Jackets.
  • This is also your meeting point on return.
  • Using Navigation:RH6 0PJ ( Note: follow until you see the entrance to North Terminal only)

SOUTH TERMINAL:
 

  • When approaching the South Terminal stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK (Pick Up).
  • On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket you will proceed to the ORANGE CAR PARK 3 LEVEL 1 (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS).
  • Please make yourself known to the Parking Staff  in Orange High viz Jackets.
  • This is also your meeting point on your return. 
  • Using Navigation:RH6 0NP ( Note: follow until you see the entrance to South Terminal only)

 

On Return

  • In return, to avoid any delays please call the operator to return your car only after you have collected your total luggage.
  • Fee: Airport access fee is included in the initial booking cost.

"Overall, our family had quite a mixed experience. How your system is setup is brilliant, but how it is carried out in practice is really not that good. Arrived at the correct car park and level only to be told that they were not expecting me. After booking with yourselves, we later had to change the times of drop off and pick up. This info. was not communicated to the people in the car park and resulted in 20-30 mins. wait. We had the time to wait, so it wasn't a problem. If however, we didn't ....! On arriving back at Gatwick after our holiday, there was a long delay with everyone's baggage. I thought it was better to phone yourselves after we relaxed a bit, in a coffee shop. After giving my details, I informed the attendant that we would be there soon after we drunk our coffee. My curt reply was that I had 20 mins. to pick up my car. The attendant told me that he had already put in a request for my car to be brought there and there was nothing more that he could do. If I was given the option to phone him again when I was ready, that would have been fine. I did not want to be rushed, but that was our unfortunate experience."

"We had a major problem at the start. We did not receive an email so we looked at the your website for information and after hunting around for ages we managed to find a little information. It said to go to the orange car park which we did but not one was there to meet us. After trying to call the main office number for more that half hour and no one returning our call we finally managed to get through to someone who said we should have called a number given to us (which we did not receive) i said we could not find anything about there being a different number to call other than the main office number and they said it would take another half hour for someone to pick up our car. in the end they took our car 1hour after the arranged time which left us with loads of stress running around with 2 small children and baggage trying to catch our plane. In hindsight we should have called before leaving the house so it was not really your fault but a call from you to make sure or someone answering you phone or someone replying to our messages (which no one still has) would have made to whole experience a lot less stressful. Another this that is not clear is how you describe the car park. Orange 3 ??? we thought there was more than 1 orange car park so when we found an orange car park we asked a security guard where is orange 3 and he said this is it so we sat on level 0 withing. it would be much better if you would say orange level 3. in the end we found you but omg!!! how hard could it be !!!"
