"Parked with yourself from Monday 26th march to Wednesday 29th march. Drop off no problem. Pick up none of the lifts would go to floor 1 in orange parking, which made me slightly late - I was left a message by an employee saying I was taking to long and "you better answer your phone or we will take it back to the garage" which I thought was very rude. When I picked up my car the gentleman who was there was polite etc - my car was covered in dust. Even though I do feel the service was good value for money, due to the state of my car and the complete lack of understanding by a rude employee I won't be using your service again."
