"The whole process from dropping off to collecting on return went exactly as described in the information provided beforehand. Collecting was a little slower than I would have liked; we waited around in the cold as long as one would waiting for a shuttle bus. But at least the car was brought directly to us."

"Excellent service. We arrived a lot earlier than expected and phoned and the car was delivered. It was really cold when we got to the car and I was shivering and the driver opened the passenger door for me and said to wait inside so sweet and considerate."

"Easy arrival instructions, operator called me back when my call as dropped. Waited a couple of minutes for them to process the car which arrived immediately before mine. On retunr, called the company who knew my car before I even spoke. Waited 10 minutes and the car arrived - all very easy and great value. (BTW, I have a mobile app from BMW to track the car and it was driven only 5 miles or so to the parking space - from feedback seen on other companies, this is not always the case). Thanks LG."
