"We were directed to the incorrect car park in arrival and the next car park you told us to use was closed off with a lorry and cones so had to drive in the exit and cross sides once inside. Collection of the car wasn't much better, it was a different car park to the one stated in paperwork and then we stood waiting in the cold for 10 minutes."
