"Once again a very good service. It is unfortunate that at Gatwick North Terminal, Level 4 has become necessary, and we look forward to it reverting to Level 1. Last night (midnight) there was obviously a problem with delivery of the cars to the many waiting customers, but the staff did their best to keep us up to date and to ensure our cars arrived asap. It would not put us off using them again. "
