"Only 2 slight negatives: 1. Having to phone 20 minutes before dropping off is inconvenient. 2. I called , as instructed before collecting my car. Unfortunately the airport was noisy and your staff member’s accent was difficult to understand. I thought he was repeatedly asking for my flight number but after a confusing and frustrating few minutes, l realised he must have been saying “plate number”. It would have been much easier if he had said “car registration number” instead."
