"We had all the details we needed to make it easy. 20 mins before arrival we had to phone a mobile number that had been supplied and someone answered immediately and confirmed the instructions. On return we phoned another number once we had our cases and they said they’d be in the same area that we dropped the car off within 20 mins and they were. All in all a safe and easy procedure. Thank you. "
