Gatwick Airport Parking

Our service providers do provides On and Off  Gatwick Airport parking facilities. Which includes security at the parking compound: 24-hour security patrols, CCTV and perimeter fencing. 

Meet and Greet:

Chauffeur will meet you at the terminal building at the designated area to collect your car. 
He will then photograph your car and drive it to our parking compound nearby. 
When you return from your trip our chauffeur returns your car to you at the terminal.

Vehicle Restrictions:

Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long).
Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with service provider prior to the drop off date.
Service provider is unable to transport bikes, surfboards or items similar to size on the coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.
Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

CAR PARK DOES NOT ACCEPT LICENCED TAXIS BOTH PRIVATE HIRE OR HACKNEY CARRIAGES CAR PARK DOES NOT ACCEPT LONG WHEEL BASED VEHICLES OR MINIBUSES OVER 8 SEATS

Illegal Vehicles:

It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has, a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal.
If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, the service provider will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Gatwick Airport Directions:

Gatwick is 28 miles (45km) south of London, linked directly to the M23 at Junction 9 and to the A23 London-Brighton road.
The M25 is a ten-minute drive away (Junction 7), providing connections to the national road and motorway network.

Cancellation Notice:

• No refunds are available for unused part stays.
• All Bookings Fees, MMS Charges and Cancellation Service Charges are non-refundable.
• Non Flexible products:      Dates and times cannot be amended. No refund upon cancellation and no exceptions to this rule

          Cancellation Notice for Flex Booking only:

• Cancellation cover for £1.50 doesn't apply for this booking, so if you wish to cancel the booking then do so 2 days before the drop off date.
• If you give us a less than 2 days (48 hour from drop off date) notice, then there will be no cancellation or refund.
• More than above notice periods, all cancelled bookings are subject to a 15.00 GBP admin charge.

NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

The telephone number and all other information of Parking will be provided via Booking Confirmation Email.

As the company cannot verify what items are left in your vehicle, we would kindly request that you remove any loose items such as Sat Navs, loose cash, sunglasses etc, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER.

On Arrival

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) looks after the vehicle, while parked in their secured car park compound. You need to follow the instructions below for Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet service on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made. NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call

Directions

I Love Meet & Greet operates at both the North and South Terminals at Gatwick Airport. Follow the steps below to meet your driver smoothly at your departure terminal.

If travelling via the M23, exit at Junction 9 and follow signs for your departure terminal (North or South).

North Terminal

Follow signs for ‘Passenger Drop Off – North Terminal’

Stay in the right-hand lane as you approach

Drive to the far end of the drop-off area

Look for the Approved Operator bays

Your I Love Meet & Greet driver will be waiting to collect your vehicle

South Terminal

Follow signs for ‘Passenger Drop Off – South Terminal’

Keep in the right-hand lane

Drive to the far end of the drop-off zone

Pull into the Approved Operator lane

Your I Love Meet & Greet driver will meet you there

Please have your booking confirmation ready and allow extra time for the handover, especially during busy periods.

Arrival Instructions

Using the I Love Meet & Greet service at Gatwick is quick and simple: Call I Love Meet & Greet when you’re approximately 10 minutes from the airport (the number is provided in your confirmation email). Drive to your terminal’s designated meeting point as described above. A uniformed, insured driver will be waiting to greet you. Hand over your keys and head straight into the terminal to begin your journey. Important: Arrive in good time to complete the handover before heading to check-in.

On Return

Return Instructions

When you return to Gatwick: After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call I Love Meet & Greet on the number provided in your booking. Make your way to the same Approved Operator meeting point where you dropped off your car. Your car will be returned to you so you can continue your journey with no delays.
