Park & Ride

We run a fleet of modern minibuses which operate on-demand - when you arrive at Cophall Parking Gatwick we'll check you in and take you straight to the airport.  When you return, just give us a call from the terminal and we'll be with you right away, if we aren't already there!

Park & Ride in 4 easy steps

• When you arrive at our ParkMark™ accredited Gatwick car parking site, you'll be quickly checked in and given a key receipt card.
• One of our friendly minibus drivers will transport you directly to your terminal as soon as you're ready to leave.
• When you return, just call us on the dedicated free phone number on the back of your key receipt card and we'll be right with you.
• Your minibus driver will take you back to our Gatwick airport car parking facility, where we'll give you back your vehicle keys ready for the drive home.

Our clever minibus tracking system

• You can expect an efficient Park & Ride service 24 hours a day. When you call us on your return, your name is logged by a receptionist who'll reserve a seat  on one of our modern eight-seater minibuses. 
• All our buses use GPS tracking, so we'll know exactly how near your allocated driver is at any given time.

Secure luggage transportation

• Whether you're travelling with suitcases, skis or even surfboards, we'll transport your luggage for you. You can fit your child seat into our minibus, and we'll happily store it while you're away and have it ready for your return.

Give yourself an upgrade

• We know that flights are delayed and plans change. If you've purchased our Park & Ride service, but decide you'd like to be met at the airport, you can always upgrade to Meet & Greet at the last minute.
• And if you've a child seat, we'll make sure it's exactly where it should be.

Travelling via M23 

• Leave the M23 at Junction 10, signposted to Crawley.
• Take the exit sign posted East Grinstead (A264 Copthorne Way).
• Go straight over at the 1st roundabout and straight over at the 2nd roundabout and continue for approximately one and a half miles (you will pass a Petrol station on your right)
• At the next roundabout take the first exit, signposted to Lingfield, follow the road and at the roundabout, turn left onto the B2037.
• After approximately a quarter of a mile you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left and Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

 
Travelling via M25 
Exit at Junction 7 for the M23 - as above 
 
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ
Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport
transfer.

How Long the transfer takes

• Park your car and ride on one of our modern eight-seater minibuses between our Gatwick car park facility and your terminal. No waiting around for the next scheduled airport bus!

On Return

• When you return, just call us on the dedicated free phone number on the back of your key receipt card and we'll be right with you.
• Your minibus driver will take you back to our Gatwick airport car parking facility, where we'll give you back your vehicle keys ready for the drive home

• Just ten minutes from Gatwick Airport, our fully secure car park is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 364 days a year. (Closed Christmas Day & re-open 06.00am Boxing Day). You can rest assured that your car is in safe hands thanks to our security features, such as a barrier-controlled entrance and exit, extensive CCTV, secure fencing and regular guard patrols.
