"Super simple and easy, stress free before a flight. Staff could probably be a little more friendly and informative when arriving back to the UK to collect your car. However the bus drivers were lovely and really helpful, my driver saw someone just miss the bus and pulled over for them! Great location and ten minutes from the airport, not sure what they did with my car after leaving it as I was 5 miles down?! Would like to know that information! … would I use again, yes! "

"When we arrived to drop the car off the process was nice and quick. However, the young lady behind the counter had very little customer service skills and came across rude. Our pick up was a huge mess. It took over half an hour to be picked up from my first call. They sent a small minibus that had 4 seats left, there were 12 of us waiting (this was other groups, not ours). We waited another 25 minutes, freezing. From the first phone call to getting in our car took nearly an hour. Will not being using cophall again."
