"First time user. Directions were good. Bit confused at the entrance as the name used to book with did not appear on the board at the entrance. Staff were busy moving cars and greeting people. Friendly face at the desk checked my booking and told me to use the first minibus. Driver was stood by bus and a few customers milling about. Not sure if they were waiting to get on or not. They were not. loaded my bags and climbed aboard. Quick and efficient transfer. On return went to zone 7 as instructed. Bus went past to zone 6. Again a quick transfer via south terminal. 10 or so people on the bus. Greeted at reception and advised of car location and exit pin. Found our way out but again a bit confusing working out the exit lane. Overall a positive experience"
