"I was very unhappy about the amount of time I had to wait upon vehicle collection. I called after collecting my baggage but I must have then waited over 20 minutes in the car park. I feel that calling you after baggage collection in Gatwick Airport is too late and it will incur considerable wait (in freezing conditions at this time of the year!)."
