"Good service, great to just drop off the car, unload the luggage and head for the sun! I like that photographs were taken all round, and what I think would assist with customer's confidence if the paperwork recorded the car's odometer reading on arrival and again upon collection? May I suggest that luggage trolleys be made available much closer to the bay as we had to carry them some distance, including down the lift, until we found some. Many thanks, hopefully I'll be using you again in January. Mick"

"On arrival there were no trollies available in the car park and we had to wait for someone to return before being able to leave. There needs to be a way to ensure a supply of trollies is kept in that car park."
