"Very efficient drop off. Impressed with the return process, gentleman I spoke to advised they would be around 15 mins and suggested we wait in the terminal as it was -3 degrees. Gentleman who delivered the car back noticed the BMW warning of low pressure in the tyres (a constant problem in the cold!!) and had made an effort to check that the tyres were ok. Great service."
