How it Works:
Once booked and upon your arrival to Edinburgh Airport you need to drive to the indicated Drop Off Zone on that day. If you have not given us all of your vehicle and return flight details or you are aiming to arrive at an alternative time from when you booked you will need to call 24 hours before to amend your booking. Our representative will meet you and insect your car taking a photographic inspection for yours and our peace of mind. Upon completion of the check in processes your car will be taken to one of our secure car parks close to the airport.
On your return you will call ACE/Maple Manor Parking Team to let thems know you have all of your luggage and are ready to accept your car and upon your request returned to the same meeting point where it had been originally collected from.

After a booking is made :
Please check all of your booking details on your confirmation are correct with specially attention to the return flight number and scheduled landing time as if these are not correct may delay the parking service, please call ACE / Maple Manor Parking Team or have them ready to give it to them on the day.
Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with ACE.Maple Manor Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, ACE Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE Parking ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.

Disabled Info : No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will offer disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses meet and greet will offer a more convenient solution to your airport parking requirements as by booking ace parking your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on your return.

Restrictions : The car park does not accept large vehicles such as transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers. ACE / Maple Manor Parking is also unable to accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati.
Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the flex booking, made for the same day.
NON-FLEX: BOOKINGS CANNOT BE AMENDED, CANCELLED OR REFUNDED.

We Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.

ACE / MAPLE MANOR PARKING lets you drop your off with a uniformed chauffeur outside the terminal building, leaving you to walk directly inside the terminal building while your car is taken to a secured car park a short distance from the terminal.
Exit the A8 following signs for Edinburgh Airport. As you enter the Airport go straight across the roundabouts following signs for Terminal and Pick Up Zone. As you go through the barrier take a ticket and follow signs to Pick Up Zone. Once in the Pick Up Zone go to the right corner where your driver will meet you. Please hand the car park ticket to your driver so that they can exit the Pick Up Zone.
Your chauffeur will be wearing a Maple Manor Hi-Visibility vest and carrying photo ID.
