Directions

Access the airport from the A1 by taking junction 35 towards M18 when coming from the North and junction 34 towards A614 when coming from the south. When travelling from the West use M62 and take junction 35 towards M18 and follow signs to the airport. If you are approaching from the East, take M180 westbound right to the end and take the first exit on the roundabout towards M18. Choose post code DN9 3RH when using satnav.

 

On Arrival

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) looks after the vehicle, while parked in their secured car park compound. You need to follow the instructions below for Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet service on your departure and return day,All the instruction will be sent to your email account once the booking is made. NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.​

Arrival_Process:

• At exit barrier your booking will be validated by the ANPR system. If barrier does not rise please press help button.
• This car park uses Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR). Please ensure we have your vehicle registration number to assist you on your arrival.
• This car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR). Please do not insert payment cards in to the car park machines or you will be overcharged.

Directions:

• Robin Hood Airport is easily accessible from the M62, M1, A1 and M18. Upon arrival at the airport follow signs for theon airport car park. At entry barrier the ANPR system will read the vehicle registration and automatically issue youwith a ticket. Remove the ticket and the barrier will rise allowing you to enter. DO NOT LOSE THE TICKET - YOU WILL NEED THIS TO EXIT. 
• Should the system fail to recognise your vehicle when you arrive please take the ticket from the entry machine. 

On Return

• On Return collect your car and drive to the exit barriers. Insert the original entry ticket in the exit machine and the barrier will rise. Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff. 
• Should the system fail to recognise your vehicle press help button on barrier. Provide operator with booking ref number & Surname.
• The customer can amend a Flexible booking 48hrs before the departure day. No return date will be modified once the vehicle has been dropped off with the service provider. If the customer stays longer than pre-booked days, then he/she will incur an additional charge as per the standard tariff for the carpark. The customer will be prompted for an extra payment at the exit barrier in case of Park and Ride / On Airport Parking and will be need to pay using the Chip & Pin device. In case of Meet and Greet, the customer will be charged by the driver on the return day.
