We as a car park provider pays up to the first 15 minutes of parking, and the customer is responsible for the exit fee.

We Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.
Once your holiday parking has been booked and confirmed via email you are ready to go. Please call us when you’re 15-20 minutes away from the airport on
You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time.
If you do NOT receive a call, please call the driver when you are 15- 20 minutes away from the terminal.
NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

"Very easy process and great value for money. Called when I got outside the airport (on return) and by the time I had walked to the Valet Parking area my car was just coming round. The only thing I would say is that the meet & greet is not right outside the airport, there is a bit of a walk'"

"Wasn't very happy on arrival was to far away from main terminal had to wait too long for someone to come and take car away when we had phoned on our way and it was freezing stood there it was all a bit chaotic , thought the drop of would have been much closer to terminal"

"Despite telephoning to inform of our arrival at the airport to drop the car off there was no-one to greet us. We had to wait approximately 10 minutes, although I was told that the driver was only 1 minute away. On return we could not get an answer when we call both telephone numbers to arrange for the car to be dropped off for us. We had to walk to the valet parking - further than the drop-off to collect the car. We used a similar service with a different company in November 2016 and had no problems - driver there to meet us on arrival for drop off and car in the close 'Meet & Greet' park on return."
