We as a car park provider pays up to the first 15 minutes of parking, and the customer is responsible for the exit fee.

The telephone number of Simply Park Super Saver Birmingham will be provided via Booking Confirmation Email.

There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE THE VEHICLE, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER

 

On Arrival

 

We Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.

Once your holiday parking has been booked and confirmed via email you are ready to go. Please call us when you’re 15-20 minutes away from the airport on 

You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time.

 If you do NOT receive a call, please call the driver when you are 15- 20 minutes away from the terminal.
NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

  • On arriving at the airport, follow signs for Short Stay Carpark 2 OR 3.
  • You need to enter the “Valet Parking” Carpark, which is just before Car park 3 and inbetween Car park 2/3.
  • Take a ticket from the barrier before entering the “Valet Parking” car park and hand this to your driver.
  • Once you have entered the Valet Parking car park, proceed to park in bays 25,26,27,39,40,41,42
  • You will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs at the prearranged meeting point, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Blue Cirlce Parking company logo on it.

On Return

  • Please call the driver once you have collected all of your luggage.
  • In case of any delays please let us know.
  • Our chauffeur will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport at the same point where you dropped your vehicle.
  • Depending on the product you have paid for; you may be required to pay for the airport exit fee on your return. Please ask our driver for clarification.

"When I dropped my car off, it was showing a range of 520 miles however when I picked it up it was showing a range off 419 mile and the mileage was showing the car had been driven approx 18 miles, this implies that the car had been driven hard. Also the lights had been put on auto so it must have been driven at night. The charging point cover had been removed, so it must have been used for charging a divine. The passenger seat had also been adjusted and there should have been no reason for this. The mirrors had been move and the radio station had been changed and heater was on full blast. None of the above was how I left the car. This was not what I expected or how I would have treated someone else's car."

"Pick up coming home excellent 5 star. Going out terrible. You must have known about the work been done at the airport as it had been going on for weeks why was we not informed. We where stuck on the motorway for 90 minutes not knowing what was happening. When we rang you up when we where closer the person who answered never said anything about the works in the drop off area which was causing the massive tailbacks. It was only when on the airport site there was a few very misleading signs to where to go. Also staff on the ground( not yours ) did not have a. Clue and sent us to wrong drop off points hence we would then have to around the one way system again. My wife and I felt very let down by the lack of information you never bothered to tell us. "
