"Very easy process and great value for money. Called when I got outside the airport (on return) and by the time I had walked to the Valet Parking area my car was just coming round. The only thing I would say is that the meet & greet is not right outside the airport, there is a bit of a walk'"

"Wasn't very happy on arrival was to far away from main terminal had to wait too long for someone to come and take car away when we had phoned on our way and it was freezing stood there it was all a bit chaotic , thought the drop of would have been much closer to terminal"

"Despite telephoning to inform of our arrival at the airport to drop the car off there was no-one to greet us. We had to wait approximately 10 minutes, although I was told that the driver was only 1 minute away. On return we could not get an answer when we call both telephone numbers to arrange for the car to be dropped off for us. We had to walk to the valet parking - further than the drop-off to collect the car. We used a similar service with a different company in November 2016 and had no problems - driver there to meet us on arrival for drop off and car in the close 'Meet & Greet' park on return."

"Everything went according to plan. I booked the 'meet and greet' on line, this was followed up by a conformation email. The instructions were clear and precise about what to do on arrival at Birmingham airport. We were met at the parking bay as per instructions, this was the only negative, the signage for the parking bays is very poor, the car was inspected, we were then given a card with all the details of the booking and what to do on our return. Two weeks later, after retrieving our luggage from the airport carousel, I telephoned the number on the card, was told to wait ten minutes, walked outside to the bay where we had left the car when heading out, the car pulled up in front of us. We signed the receipt, ‘returned in good order’, then the driver gave us a paid car park ticket, we drove straight out and were on our way home. A very good experience, I will definitely use this company again. "

"I found the arrival process awkward with not enough instructions and on my arrival back to my car I returned to my car to find it unlocked I loaded my luggage then had to go find someone for my keys. "
