"The service was good except incorrect instructions were given for where to meet in the "Drop and Go" car park. Your printed derails said go to lamp post in middle of car park, it should have been bays "9 to 12". This caused us some delay initially and additional time on the phone in order to find the driver. Otherwise all was ok."
