"On arrival at the park, we were 'processed' very quickly and efficiently, and were taken immediately to BHX, leaving plenty of time to catch our flight. So far I would rate the service 5*! Our return journey was totally the opposite , unfortunately. Realising that the journey from Washwood Heath took about 20 minutes, I phoned the car park to tell them we had just landed. I was told to ring back once we had collected our baggage and to wait at bus stop A and a bus would be with us in 20 minutes! We hung about & then proceeded to bus stop A, only to find a big queue of people - 2 of whom had been waiting for 1 hour. Why? Eventually a minibus arrived with the capacity to take 8 people! What about everyone else - what were we all supposed to do? By this time we had been waiting 45 minutes & it was nearly 1AM. We were assured another mini bus was on its way - it eventually arrived - so another 8 people were 'allowed' to board after a name call. We eventually got back to the car park and were able to pick up our vehicle. The 'pick up' from the airport was totally chaotic- a child could have organised it better. Until this company 'gets its act together', despite its cheapness, I would certainly NOT recommend it to anyone. "

"Dreadful. Arrival was ok, but no advice or guidance forthcoming mind you-told to just leave my car wherever. Staff not approachable or friendly. Return was deplorable. Called to request a transfer back. 25 minutes later I called to ask where the bus was, to be told you've only been waiting 20 minutes! 25 as it happens. The chap said the bus is two minutes away and hung up. The bus arrived 10 minutes after that. The driver could not communicate in English so his colleague took me to the other bus. This resulted in further waiting, for people that did not turn up. The driver openly used his mobile phone to search for music, take calls, text. Then proceeded to wind his window down fully (it was midnight by this point) without having the courtesy to ask any other passengers if this would be ok. When I complained about the experience, the reception guy and the driver shrugged their shoulders, ignored me then said well it's ok, you're here now!!!!! Never ever again! Bunch of cowboys! Steer clear."
