Check-in time depends on the type of flight you're taking from Birmingham Airport, but you should aim to arrive at the following times:

Directions

Birmingham is ideally located at the heart of the UK motorway network and is directly connected to the M42 via Junction 6. Choose post code B26 3QJ.

On Arrival

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) looks after the vehicle, while parked in their secured car park compound. You need to follow the instructions below for Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet service on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made. NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.​

This is a Meet & Greet Service where you will be met at Birmingham Int Station at the Airport.

• APH will collect your car from the Station from where the free monorail will take you directly into the terminal.
• On return your car will be delivered back to you at the Station.
• This service operates between 05:00 and midnight.

When APH meet you on your arrival the chauffeur will check your booking details, mileage and any vehicle damage before issuing you with a reciept and full instructions for your return.

Directions

• Follow signs for Birmingham Airport. Exit the A45 at the first slip road and follow signs for Birmingham Int TrainStation.
• Follow signs into Train Station, go past the main doors at the Station to the mini roundabout and double backon yourself.
• Park outside the main doors, keeping the doors on your left hand side.
• An APH chauffeur will meet you.
• Please call (the number will be sent vai booking confirmation email) 20 minutes prior to your arrival to confirm your collection time.
• Once APH have collected your car simply take the free monorail service from the Station to the terminals.
• The monorailservice operates from 05:00 to 02:00. 

On Return

• On return your car will be delivered back to you at the Station.
• This service operates between 05:00 and midnight. 
   
• ​On you return please call before clearing Customs.
• Exit Customs and turn left, following signs for monorail and Birmingham Int Station.
• Take monorail and on arrival at Station follow exit signs.
• Go through exit doors and your driver will meet you on the right.
