Arrival Instructions:
Please ensure that you call the Dispatch office 15-20 minutes prior to your arrival at Birmingham Airport. Our dispatchers will confirm with you the directions to meet your Chauffeur.
Return Instructions:
Please call Dispatch Office as soon as you have collected your luggage. If you do not have any hold luggage, please call as soon as you have cleared passport control and follow the directions below to the meeting point at the relevant terminal.

ACE AIRPORT PARKING service lets you drop your car off with a uniformed chauffeur outside the terminal, so you can just walk inside and board your flight while your car is parked in a secured car park away from the terminal. When you get back, your car will be waiting where you left it with your chauffeur ready to hand back your keys. It's the best way to park at Birmingham airport.
Once booked simply call us when you are 15 minutes away from Birmingham Airport and proceed to the numbered bays in the Drop & Go Car Park. Our representative will meet you there, double check your return details and check over your car - this is a photographic inspection for yours and our peace of mind. Your car will be driven straight to one of our secure car parks near to the airport.
On your return simply call us to let us know you have all of your luggage and are ready for your car and it will be brought back to the same meeting point for you.
After a Booking is made
Please check all of the details on your confirmation are correct and that your return flight number and scheduled landing time is correct. If these are missing or incorrect, please call us or have them ready to give to us on the day. Please read below instructions for on the day and make sure you are familiar with what to do on the day before you set out.
Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE / Maple Manor Meet & Greet Parking ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
Transfers : Opening times: 24 Hours / 7 Days , Transfer time to airport: Drop off at the terminal, Your keys will stay with the car park whilst you are away.
Disabled : No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will offer disabled customers who would find it difficult to use, transfer buses meet and greet will offer a more convenient solution to your airport parking requirements as by booking ace parking your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on your return.
Insurance : All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.
Security : This car park is fully secured and monitored 24 hours a day.
Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.

On Arrival
Park your vehicle in the designated Maple Manor Parking bays and a uniformed chauffeur with ID will be there to collect your vehicle.
Your chauffeur will be wearing a Hi-Visibility vest and carrying photo ID.
Please remove all other keys before handing your vehicle key to the driver.
(If you're going to arrive outside the time arranged, please give the car park as much notice as possible).

Please be aware that due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges payable at the exit barrier.
If you are returning earlier than the date or time you have provided, we must know 24 hours in advance to avoid any delay.
From time to time the meeting point may change at short notice. You will be informed when you call if this will affect you.

"Arrival was a bit chaotic. Lots of guys coming and taking pictures of the car with fly drive jackets. One guy then asked for my keys and just went off without giving me a receipt. As we were a bit tight for time we just had to leave the car. Bit of a confusing walk to and from the car park to the airport especially when there seemed to be some work going on. Not like previously being able to drop car in front of terminal. On arriving back was given an exit ticket with not given enough time to tie bags onto the roof. Got a charge on exit. That said I would use this service again. "

"2nd time in less than a year I have used this service at Birmingham, and both times we have had to wait for far too long to receive our vehicle back to travel home. Yesterday we arrived with 2 tired children and had to wait an additional 15 minutes in the cold after following the published instructions to the letter. "
