"It would of been helpful if the member of staff who took the car on dropoff to mention that upon my return i could request my vehicle be returned to me in the disabled parking of the airport. It was obvious that i was disabled, as he watched my husband unload my wheelchair from the vehicle. The process was so easy from start to finish."
"going out everything worked fine and we were very happy .however, the return leg was frustrating as it took over 20 minutes for the car to be delivered and we were left standing in minus temperatures. I asked 3 of the staff to radio to the office to find out what had happened but they refused and just said the car would be 2 minutes. 22 minutes later the car did arrive but only after I rang the office again to find out how much longer we would be waiting in the cold.
(he said 2 minutes..how odd!!!) would I use this service again or recommend to others.. not in a million years "
