"Very happy with the experience and cost of our recent 'stay'. Not happy with the poor pick up facilities available at Birmingham airport - no shelter and very little signage and assistance. Would seriously think about using Birmingham as a departure airport again if the situation does not improve."

"Everything worked great except on my return. If I would have taken longer then 10 minutes to come from the airport after my call, an additional fee would might have been applied but I called and had to wait 25 minutes for my car to arrive (apparently it was blocked in, which should not have had happened as you had my return time and flight details), which after a full days work and travel and drive home to follow, was not the greatest experience."
